Velmi prijemny motovyletik do opustenej Niklovej tovarne. Pocasie: 19c, mierny vietor, polooblacno. Celkovo prijemny jarny, nedelny den. Zatial volne dostupna tovaren, nevyzera ze by mala spadnut (ehm…), ale treba davat pozor. Na schodoch niesu ziadne zabradlia a ani stena budovy Na zemi je bordel, rozbite sklo, plechy, kable – neradno zakopnut. Diery v podlahach/plafonoch stoja tiez za povsimnutie a pozor na stabilitu na schodoch narusenu celkom slusnym prievanom. Tovaren je bohuzial priebezne rozoberana bezdomovcami, takze je len otazkou casu kedy nastanu “opatrenia”.
